An urban regeneration (Pinui Binui) project that will include 439 housing units in two towers of over 30 stories and two 10-story buildings. The 119 existing apartment owners will receive new, modern apartments. The project will feature a bustling urban square and will offer connectivity between the Denmark School, Keshet High School, and the Light Rail.
