A large-scale urban renewal project in the demolition-reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) track, under which five old housing buildings will be replaced by mixed-use towers including commerce, offices, and new residential apartments. The complex currently contains 81 housing units, to be replaced by approximately 600 new housing units of modern architectural design. These units will enjoy wide, panoramic views toward the Jezreel Valley, creating a significant, high-quality residential complex that integrates into its renewing urban environment.
