V-MALL shopping center
Dovev Misharim neighborhood, Ramat Beit Shemesh

A commercial center in an area of 9,500 sq.m. with about 65 stores, offices, and co-working spaces. The mix of stores in the center is carefully built and uniquely adapted to the neighborhood’s population. As the only managed commercial center in the neighborhood, this will be an anchor for the large and well-known retail chains.

Economic-social value:

  • Unique, customized construction for the ultra-Orthodox population in the neighborhood, based on the success story of the Ramot Mall.
  • A managed center with a high-quality mix of spaces working together with the major chains.
NBS is working with the authorities to allocate some of the residential units for long-term rental and limited leasing 10% of the rental apartments will be rented at 50% of the full amount, to education, welfare and health workers.
