Pardes Institute, Jerusalem

An integrated deal for the construction of a luxury 28-story residential tower, over 5 floors that will be used by the Pardes Academic Institution, and commercial space on the ground floor. The project includes allocation for an urban square and is located on the route of the light rail on the border of the Baka and Talpiot neighborhoods in Jerusalem. This project is in stage 7

NBS is working with the authorities to allocate some of the residential units for long-term rental and limited leasing 10% of the rental apartments will be rented at 50% of the full amount, to education, welfare and health workers.

Planning:

Lot area: 4,400 sq.m. 

Proposed areas: about 5,780 sq.m. for the academic institution and commercial area and about 18,100 sq.m. for residential areas.

  •  4 floors will be allocated to housing units adapted to the ‘Age in Place’ concept.
